- I will plan, manage, and evaluate the comprehensive school counseling program in collaboration with all counselors and necessary stakeholders.
- I will follow the professional school counseling ethics formulated by the American School Counselors Association.
- I will participate in professional development activities essential to maintaining a quality school counseling program.

- Classroom counseling lessons - bullying prevention, relational aggression lesson, lunch bunches, and career awareness
- Individual Student Planning
- Academic planning, accommodations, and college/career readiness
- System Support
- Family workshops, teacher workshops, substance use/abuse, consultation/collaboration, and referrals to community resources
- Responsive Services
- IEP's, 504's, family issues (divorce, grief, transitions), discipline issues, bullying/harassment, student small groups (social skills, friendship skills, self-regulation), and crisis intervention
